Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time in Milwaukee, WI. This role offers a flexible, anchor-shift based schedule at an assigned site with pay of $19.00 per hour and the option to pick up additional shifts to earn more.

The position emphasizes customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors and vendors, and requires performing security procedures, patrols, access control, incident reporting, and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors and vendors while carrying out security procedures and site policies, including emergency response when needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations calmly and communicate observations to site contacts or emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, studios, common areas, entrances, parking areas and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor awareness, campus directions and reporting of unusual activity per site procedures.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports and shift documentation accurately and timely.
