Qualifications

• 1+ year of security-related experience.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, vendors, and staff by enforcing security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with calm, professional problem-solving.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols across the property and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions and violations to leadership and site contacts.
• Document patrols and incidents and communicate information to Allied Universal leadership.
