Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• As a condition of employment, background check and drug screen may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients while carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct patrols of the facility, production areas, access points, parking areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access by verifying visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials.
• Respond to incidents and alarms following reporting procedures.
• Complete activity reports and comply with site safety requirements.
