Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures at a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, loading docks, and facility perimeter.
• Monitor access by verifying authorized entry and documenting visitor activity.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and handoff communications.
