Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a financial institution by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, alarms, and other critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas to report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures and report issues to leadership and client representatives.
• Prepare clear incident and daily activity reports for Allied Universal leadership and client contacts.
