Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and emergency responses.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and logs.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate as needed per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of facilities and access points to identify concerns.
• Support controlled movement of employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries per protocols.
