Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Driving Role in Charlotte, NC. You will protect clients in a retail setting by performing patrols, maintaining a visible security presence, and delivering exceptional customer service.

This driving post requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to pass background checks and a drug screen, and a willingness to work a daytime schedule. Pay is $17.00 per hour with opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen is required.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store associates while carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols throughout the retail location.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report observations to site leadership.
• Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and documentation of incidents.
