Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Ages: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.
• Driving positions require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, parking facilities, building perimeters, and other assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, report access-control concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, document observations and notifications.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications with leadership and client representatives.
