Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and guests.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, and parking areas.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and assist with entry/exit operations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies with calm, professional communication.
• Complete activity logs, patrol reports, and incident documentation.
