Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located.
• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Applicants will undergo background investigation as per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology-focused corporate location by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of office spaces, common areas, parking facilities, and exterior perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and direct guests per site procedures.
• Document observations and incidents accurately and communicate findings to leadership.
