Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location.
• Deter unauthorized activity by monitoring for suspicious behavior and hazards.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports per procedures.
