Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a technology data center by following security procedures and site policies.
Conduct regular and random patrols of data center facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
Monitor access activity and verify authorization per site procedures, report concerns.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report per protocols.
Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports and communicate with site personnel and leadership.
