Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver Customer Service in Mount Morris, MI. You’ll provide security, drive patrols, and deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include guarding sites, responding to incidents, monitoring access points, and maintaining clear shift handoffs with professional conduct. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work daytime shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements listed in the posting: valid driver’s license; access control and badge experience preferred; customer service experience preferred; CPR and First Aid preferred; basic computer/tablet familiarity; age 18+ (unarmed) / 21+ (armed); high school diploma or equivalent; background check and drug screen per law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular patrols of office, campus, parking, and perimeter areas and report hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity and document observations.
• Complete accurate activity reports and handoffs while maintaining a professional presence.
