Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Three Rivers, MI. You will provide customer service, conduct patrols, monitor access, and respond calmly to incidents in a manufacturing and industrial setting.

Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, be 18+ (21+ if armed), and a high school diploma or equivalent. Background checks and drug screening are required; driving positions require a valid license.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service following site policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly per site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial areas.
• Monitor access and verify authorized entry; report issues.
• Document patrols and observations per reporting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial areas, including the building exterior, perimeter, parking areas, and access points.
• Monitor access to the location, verify authorized entry, and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.
