Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation will be conducted as per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office, campus, parking, and perimeter areas to identify hazards or policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures and document observations.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs while maintaining a professional presence.
