Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and promptly.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of campus buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and assist visitors with guidance and compliance.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents and patrol observations.
