Qualifications

• ,A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and incidents calmly per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, report unusual conditions.
• Prepare clear incident and shift reports as required.
