Pay rate is $24.00 per hour. The position supports part-time hours with potential to scale up toward full-time, requiring armed status, a valid driver’s license, and completion of background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of security-related experience.
• Must be 21+ for armed roles and have a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors and staff following site policies.
• Monitor access to buildings and parking areas; verify authorized entry.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of the property and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents and alarms; prepare required reports.
• Handle equipment with care in compliance with laws and policies.
