Qualifications

Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background investigation required by law.
Background histories are reviewed in compliance with applicable laws.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.
Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors and guests while following site procedures.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols of campus buildings and grounds to deter unauthorized activity.
Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner following site procedures.
Monitor access points and report concerns to appropriate personnel.
Prepare clear reports and communicate with campus representatives and Allied Universal leadership.
