Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store associates while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and follow site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular patrols through retail areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter to deter security-related incidents.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, policy violations, and security concerns to site contacts and leadership.
• Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and documentation of daily activities.
