Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store associates while carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following site protocol.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unwanted activity in retail areas.
• Observe and report concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and documentation of daily activities.
