Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer (Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver) in Cleveland, OH. You will perform patrols, deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence at a technology, media, and telecom site.

Responsibilities include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and reporting incidents. This role requires a valid driver’s license and follows Allied Universal policies.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• A drug screen is required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and maintain logs.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalates as needed.
• Support a professional workplace by guiding and reporting maintenance/security concerns.
