Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver in Cleveland, OH. The role offers flexible hours with fixed anchor shifts and optional additional shifts to increase earnings, up to a 40-hour week. Qualifications

Customer service experience for a technology, media, and telecommunications location preferred.
Ability to follow site-specific policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and guests at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security‑related procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, common spaces, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify credentials and report unauthorized access attempts.
Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and communicate information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
