Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Part-Time Security Officer Driver in Cleveland, OH. The role focuses on safeguarding clients across industries, with an emphasis on customer service and visible deterrence.

You will monitor access, respond to incidents, and patrol sites while supporting a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Valid driver’s license required; CPR preferred.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures for a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, access areas, and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
