Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Driver Perimeter Patrol in Cleveland, OH. This role provides reliable hours at a fixed site with the flexibility to pick up additional shifts.

You will deliver customer service, conduct unarmed patrols around the store, assist with access control, and respond calmly to incidents while following site procedures and safety rules. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are required; background check may apply.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required.
• Backgrounds considered in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen may be required.
• licensing requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols on sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and traffic flow during busy periods.
