Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access control points, visitor activity, and security-related equipment; verify credentials.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner; document observations and notify appropriate contacts.
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports as required.
