Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property personnel while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of building areas, parking facilities, entry points, and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or policy violations.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation.
