ProCare Therapy seeks a part-time Teacher for the Visually Impaired to support K-12 students in Texas. This contract role runs from 08/11/2026 to 05/27/2027, focusing on tailored instruction and accessibility.

You will collaborate with teachers and families to implement IEP-driven strategies, adapt curriculum, and ensure each student has access to necessary resources. This is a meaningful, impact-driven opportunity.

Qualifications

• Must have K-12 teaching experience and a Texas TVI certification.
• Strong knowledge of Braille, assistive technology, and adaptive tools for visually impaired students.
• Ability to develop and modify individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
• Creative, dedicated approach to student success and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver specialized instruction for K-12 students with visual impairments.
• Adapt materials and assessments to meet individual student needs.
