• Greet all incoming truck drivers and visitors at the scale house.
• Ensure trucks are weighed accurately on entry and exit.
• Ascertain client name and job location for each delivery.
• Begin and close each disposal ticket in the waste management software.
• Review proper documentation for all deliveries.
• Represent Pratt Industries in a professional, courteous manner.
• Ability to take and utilize comprehensive notes.
• Control traffic flow, especially when FDNY and other emergency vehicles are on the property.
• Communicate over the radio with yard crew and mill staff.
• Monitor pump house status.
