Job summary

Tomorrow RDS LLC is seeking a Scale Operator to record truck weights in TRUX, assist with shipping/receiving paperwork, and answer customer calls. The role includes reporting downtime and light office duties, with a focus on reliability and punctuality.

Prior office or customer service experience is preferred. The position reports to the Plant and General Manager and requires use of the Weigh-it and Haul-it scale software, along with proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Record inbound and outbound truck weights in the TRUX system.
• Assist with shipping/receiving paperwork and customer inquiries.
• Answer phones and respond to customer needs professionally.
• Track facility downtime and maintain logs.
• Perform light cleaning and manage office supplies.
