Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Read, write, fluently speak and understand English.
• Bilingual skills may be required in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders.
• Provides assistance with passenger check-in and cargo acceptance.
• Interprets government rules for domestic and international travel or cargo shipments.
• Meets and dispatches aircraft within established times.
• Assists distressed passengers and customers.
• Protects company property and revenue.
• Ensures safe travel.
• Performs tasks with motor skills and dexterity.
• Manages multiple tasks within a limited timeframe.
• Is self-motivated and requires minimal supervision.
• Responds during security and emergency situations.
• Follows internal/external policies and procedures.
• May drive and operate air stairs to board/deplane passengers.
• Leads and directs others when required.
• May perform Passenger Operation Control and Tower-related duties.
