Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience.
• High School diploma or GED or international equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write, fluently speak and understand English.
• Bilingual language skills may be required in some locations.
• Valid driver’s license as required by local authorities.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
• FAA background checks for SIDA access if applicable.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the airport or ticket area.
• Monitor ticket counter for safety policy compliance.
• Assist customers with self-service kiosk check-in and baggage processing.
• Maintain and service kiosk machines and troubleshoot technology issues.
• Verify carry-on baggage and travel documents.
• Assist with baggage handling and activation of self-tagged bags.
• Queue lines and manage different assistance types to reduce wait times.
• Provide gate information and directions to customers.
• Perform required duties per management and union guidance.
• Adhere to government regulations and company policies; wear uniforms.
• Use internal resources during customer interactions.
