Qualifications

• Read, write, fluent English; some locations require bilingual skills.
• FAA background checks may be required for airport access badges.
• Ability to work irregular hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells air travel to customers and freight forwarders.
• Assists with passenger check-in and cargo acceptance.
• Interprets government rules for domestic/international travel or shipments.
• Meets and dispatches aircraft within established times.
• Assists distressed passengers and protects company property.
• Provides for safe travel and may operate air stairs as needed.
• May lead other staff and perform Passenger Operation Control functions.
