Legacy Community Federal Credit Union is seeking a part-time travel Member Service Associate to support members across the Birmingham area, with travel to our branches as needed.

You will handle routine financial transactions and provide friendly customer service, including cash handling, deposits, withdrawals and transfers, while assisting members with product recommendations and directing them to the right departments.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience.
• Experience handling money.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 month of related experience needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with all financial transactions including cash handling, withdrawals, deposits, transfers and loan payments.
• Recommend and sell products and services and direct members to appropriate departments as needed.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks such as typing, filing, computer input and answering the telephone.
