Job summary

WeStreet Federal Credit Union seeks a Traveling Member Service Specialist to rotate among branches, based at the Main branch and traveling as needed to support locations during daily operations.

The role emphasizes sales, member service, and cross-selling financial products while maintaining compliance and excellent customer relations. Travel is 100% of the time with mileage reimbursement and a $1/hour differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two or more years in retail sales and/or customer service is required.
• Two or more years of teller and Member Service Specialist and/or personal banker experience is preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Embody the credit union's core values in daily activity.
• Analyze members' financial needs and make referrals based on needs.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by branch management.
• Open new membership and business accounts; modify accounts as directed by members.
• Stay updated on products, services, and regulatory requirements for informed discussions.
• Process member transactions and read credit reports when needed.
• Proactively conduct outbound sales calls to inform members about financial solutions.
• Present a professional image in dress, speech, and attitude.
