Job summary

Legacy Community Federal Credit Union is seeking a part-time Travel Member Service Associate to assist members with everyday financial transactions and deliver outstanding service. The role requires travel to all ten branches in the greater Birmingham area, with a schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Ideal candidates will have prior customer service experience, money handling skills, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience
• Experience handling money
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 month of related experience needed
• This position does need to be able to travel to all ten of our branches in the greater Birmingham area

Responsibilities

• Assist members with financial transactions including cash handling, withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan payments
• Provide exceptional customer service and refer to appropriate departments as needed
• Perform miscellaneous tasks such as typing, filing, data entry, and phone coverage
