Toledo School District 237 Bus Garage in Washington is seeking an Office Assistant Transportation to support the Transportation Supervisor and school bus operations. You will perform clerical duties, data entry for STARS, and daily communications with drivers, parents, and school staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate degree or 2 years of college credits preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Skyward Student Information System (SIS) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Transportation Supervisor, drivers, and mechanic.
• Data entry for STARS and other reports; answer phones and radio traffic.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle records with care; track bus ridership and transportation communications.
• Perform payroll timesheets and basic accounts payable/receivable tasks.
• Provide first aid as needed and support administrative details.
