Leidos Inc. is seeking a Training Instructor to support FAA API and FAA Academy, delivering and updating training materials and administering English for Air Traffic Controllers as needed.

This part-time role emphasizes the development of course plans, remote delivery, and alignment with safety and security objectives. The incumbent will work with international participants and FAA stakeholders, coordinating schedules, producing after-action notes, and maintaining training quality.

Qualifications

• BS degree plus 8+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 6+ years in technical training.
• Experience conducting technical training or teaching certification.
• Experience with training development and delivery.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requirements and plan schedules and resources.
• Configure and manage virtual training technology for remote course delivery.
• Communicate with project teams; develop solutions to unclear problems.
• Produce post-course delivery notes, including time tracking and delivery observations.
• Support in developing and analyzing project tracking programs.
• Provide technical support and subject matter expertise for FAA courses and projects.
