Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing for corporate training classes and events.
• Set up classrooms, shop for supplies, and restock break areas.
• Transport forms and materials between locations as directed.
• Enter data and assist with department reports and calendars.
• Provide general office support including answering phones and filing.
• Ensure safety and follow procedures during emergencies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to instructors, students, and business partners.
