Job summary

Houston City College is seeking a Part-time Program Specialist to support daily operations, coordinate student registrations and campus events in the Houston area. You will work with academic departments and community partners to help the program reach its objectives.

Responsibilities include preparing communications, organizing meetings and trainings, monitoring budgets, and maintaining the program website as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor preferred.
• Experience in purchasing and student enrollment strongly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and PeopleSoft systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily program operations and events.
• Coordinate student registrations and community events.
• Maintain program communications and budget monitoring.
• Support website management if needed.
