Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience with office tools and basic maintenance tasks.
• Able to read procedural docs and blueprints.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-house conference center furniture and equipment.
• Configure setup/breakdown for events to support clients.
• Follow safety guidelines per college and state rules.
• Assist with event setups and teardowns for campus events.
• Prepare monthly inventory of furniture and equipment.
• Assist maintenance staff with moving requests.
• Create accurate event signage for daily placement.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
