Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking personnel to manage yard trailer movements, hook and move trailers between yard and doors, and assist with package handling. Responsibilities

• Move trailers from yard to doors and back; perform trailer switches
• Coordinate trailer movements with management/central control
• Document trailer moves using Yard Management System or switcher cards
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on switcher equipment
• Handle packages by hand and load/unload onto vehicles and carts
• Sort packages by scanning labels and numbers; follow safety procedures
