Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license and DOT on file.
• Ability to read numbers and sort packages accurately.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers between yard and doors; switch trailers manually.
• Coordinate trailer movements with management or central control.
• Document trailer moves in Yard Management System or using switcher cards.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on switcher equipment.
• Load and unload packages from vehicles, conveyors, carts and racks.
