Job summary

US Traffic Control is seeking reliable, safety-minded individuals to join our team as Part-Time Traffic Flaggers. This position offers standby and rotating assignments on roadway, utility, construction, and maintenance projects, with some early morning, evening, weekend, and holiday work as required.

Candidate should be at least 21, with the ability to stand outdoors for extended periods and maintain dependable attendance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required.
• Strong attention to safety and situational awareness.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Direct and control traffic through construction and work zones.
• Communicate effectively with crew members and fellow flaggers.
• Set up and maintain traffic control devices and signage as directed.
• Follow all company safety policies and traffic control procedures.
• Monitor traffic conditions and respond appropriately to changing situations.
