Job summary

CAMPUSCredit Union is seeking a part-time Titles Representative in Jonesville, Florida. You will assist in processing lien information on secured loans and filing lien instruments, while delivering prompt member service in a fast-paced lending environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, up to 1 year of general experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Benefits are provided for part-time staff, with focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 year general experience; titles/insurance claims/warranty a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists the consumer lending area in processing and maintaining lien information on secured loans.
• Exemplifies CAMPUS values and maintains professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Filing lien instruments on motor vehicles and other collateral.
• Responds promptly to member and coworker inquiries by phone or written requests.
• Assist in filing GAP insurance claims and follow up with insurers and members.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic understanding of BSA requirements - OFAC, CIP, Patriot Act.
