Job summary

RTI International is seeking part-time School Test Administrators to administer TIMSS assessments in schools across the United States. You will conduct computer-based testing, coordinate with school staff, and manage logistics for data collection while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

The role requires working around a 15-hour weekly schedule during the data collection period (March–May 2027) with potential overnight travel and training commitments.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of experience related to field interviewing, data collection, teaching and/or working with children in schools.
• Ability to travel as required and work in various school settings.

Responsibilities

• Administer computer-based assessments to students in-person in schools.
• Contact schools to discuss the TIMSS study and coordinate participation.
• Review and manage logistics, data entry, and confidentiality of information.
• Travel locally to school sites and support data collection activities.
• Maintain accurate records and timely reporting of progress.
