Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking an Assistant Thrift Store Manager in Wyoming to help lead thrift store operations, donations processing, and customer service. The role involves supervising staff and volunteers, scheduling, and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.

You will assist with banking, reporting, training, and safety compliance while supporting store leadership and operations across the thrift store. A valid Wyoming driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and retail experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Must have a current, valid Wyoming driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with oversight of donations and merchandising per manual.
• Supervise employees, volunteers, and scheduling.
• Maintain an attractive store and ensure daily cleaning.
• Train staff and volunteers on policies and safety rules.
• Support store security, banking, and sales reporting.
• Drive local donations pickups and salvage runs as needed.
