Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to operate a cash register and handle monetary transactions.
Knowledge of general office equipment (telephone, computer, copier, fax, calculator).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be well organized.

Responsibilities

Maintain excellent customer relations with prompt, courteous service.
Manage cash register operations, process sales, and handle card payments.
Order merchandise and maintain adequate stock.
Store stocking, pricing, merchandising, and discarding non-usable items.
Oversee donations receipt and issue donation receipts.
Supervise staff and volunteers to ensure policy compliance and adequate coverage.
