Job summary

Children's Wisconsin is seeking a part-time Therapy Coordinator (20 hours/week) at the Ashwaubenon Clinic to optimize scheduling, improve patient access, and support pre- and post-care activities across clinics. Qualifications

• 1+ years clinic scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to type 5500 keystrokes per hour or more preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling for outpatient, inpatient, and multidisciplinary clinics.
• Serve as a point of contact for families, providers, and community resources.
• Ensure timely communication via calls, texts, and faxes for scheduling.
• Assist with coordination of care and education plans as needed.
• Monitor schedules and collaborate with leadership on staffing and access goals.
• Handle intake documentation (IEPs, orders) and insurance information as required.
