Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. Grapevine location is seeking a part-time Theatre Team Member to greet guests, operate the POS system, verify tickets, and provide theatre information.

You will help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming premises while supporting opening/closing duties and cross-functional roles as needed. The position requires 16+ and basic food handling training, with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where required.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Provides excellent Guest service; energetic and friendly attitude.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate in English with guests of all ages and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions completed on assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie, specialist event, and general theatre information; answers questions professionally.
• Responds to phone calls and questions from Guests in a courteous manner.
• Conducts theatre inspections to monitor movie presentation, sound quality, and safety within auditoriums.
• Keeps theatre property clean and free from debris (lobby, aisles, restrooms, auditoriums, exits, parking lot).
• Prepares food and operates cooking, warming, and popping equipment safely.
• Wipes down and sanitizes high-contact areas; adheres to local health regulations.
• Monitors safety issues and reports to management.
• Assists with opening and closing duties as assigned.
